Returns & Refunds
At Madiani Boutique Inc. returns are easy! Return your product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. We accept returns postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of your return shipping. If you do not pay your fee, it will be deducted from your refund. Our policy lasts 15 days after delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can send us a copy via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You have 15 days from the delivered date to return your item order if it did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) or if your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster). You can also get a full refund in other exceptional circumstances outside the control of madianiboutique.com like if your item is significantly different from the seller’s description.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
*Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
*Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
-Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
-Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
-Jewelry and Sunglasses under $25 are returnable but not exchangeable.
-Original shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
*If you choose to be refunded in Madiani Boutique Online Credit, you will receive an additional $5 in Madiani Boutique Online Credit once your refund has been processed! This does not apply to late returns, and is limited to one bonus credit per order. For online credit, you must first contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you send us an email and your exchange is verified, mail your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and did not pay for your shipping cost, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
